You'll learn how to put strategies into place to make positive change that sticks - whether in life or mindset (or both) - to empower you to become your best self.

As a certified coach and an active researcher, I draw on effective coaching tools & techniques, neuroscience research, positive psychology techniques, the best of NLP, CBT, hypnotherapy and guided relaxation.

SESSIONS - the nuts and bolts

You can come and see me face to face in central Bristol if you're local - or I offer FaceTime sessions if you're further afield. Here's a little info on the nuts and bolts:

Free Initial Consultation:

Your initial consultation for any Personal Coaching is completely free and usually lasts around 30 minutes. It's an opportunity for us to chat through what you're wanting to achieve, how the coaching process can work and to discuss any questions you may have. We can then decide if it's a good fit and something you'd like to go ahead with. Book your free consultation.

Session Costs:

Personal Coaching sessions are 60-minutes and can be booked on a pay as you go basis (£60-£70). I recommend an initial commitment of 6 sessions to really start to make positive change in your life and mindset.
