Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of Solution Focused Psychotherapy and relaxing hypnosis. We look at what the you want to achieve (the solution) rather than at whatever prompted you to visit me (the problem). Our sessions will enable you to take control, in a positive and rational way, of how you think about and respond to situations in your daily life. Together, we'll break your unwanted habits of negative thought patterns and behaviours that affect your ability to be happy, cope well and fully enjoy life.

We'll harness modern neuroscience, solution focused therapy and proven hypnosis techniques that will enable you to make positive change that sticks.

SESSIONS - the nuts and bolts

Sessions are at my therapy rooms in central Bristol. We'll work closely together, usually on a weekly basis for a fixed number of sessions. The therapy works quickly, with results based on your full commitment as a client.

Free Initial Consultation:

Your initial consultation is completely free and usually lasts around 40 minutes. It's an opportunity for us to chat through what you're wanting to achieve, how the hypnotherapy process works and to discuss any questions you may have. We can then decide if it's a good fit and something you'd like to go ahead with. Book your free consultation.

Session Costs:

Sessions are 60-minutes and can be booked on a pay as you go basis (£60).
- A Stop Smoking session is a one off 2 hour session.
- To tackle specific Phobias, it is usually just 3-4 sessions.
- Most other changes take between 8 - 12 sessions. We monitor this as we meet each week.
