Hi, I’m Vivien - The Mental Wellbeing Coach.
Based in Bristol, I help ambitious women transform the most important relationship they’ll ever have: the one with themselves. So the calm confidence they project on the outside finally feels real on the inside.
I spent years looking calm on the outside while my inner world was anything but. My work now is rooted in what changed everything for me: learning how to work with my mind - and my inner self - instead of against it.
I blend neuroscience, psychology, clinical hypnotherapy, and evidence-based tools to help women move from overthinking, anxiety, and self-doubt, to calm, clarity, and quiet self-belief that doesn’t need to prove itself.
I’ve coached hundreds of women over the past decade - women who looked ‘successful’ but were fighting constant noise inside.
I know the battle. I've lived it. And I know how to change it.
