Hello, I’m Vivien.

A Therapeutic Coach in Bristol, supporting individuals and couples in person & online.

For over 10 years I’ve supported people who feel stuck - whether that’s anxiety, self-doubt, relationship patterns, or a sense that something isn’t quite right.

One of the most common things I hear from clients is:
"I know something needs to change - I just don’t know how."

That’s exactly where this work begins.

My work brings together two things:

Everything is tailored to you - your patterns, your experiences, and what you need.
