Wellbeing is being in a state of contentment, happiness and healthiness in all areas of your life. It's having a sense of purpose, feeling your life has meaning, managing stress effectively, being productive and feeling mentally and physically healthy and strong.
In our wellbeing coaching sessions, we will work together to improve your wellbeing through holistically identifying and focusing on the specific areas of your life that would benefit from small, large or seemingly huge shifts.
We’ll discover what ‘great’ looks like, challenge any limited thinking, overcome obstacles, define outcomes and empower you to hold yourself accountable to making positive change that sticks. You’ll develop a toolkit of techniques, strategies and tools that will enable you to take control, minimise your obstacles and feel energised to do the work yourself.
Recognising that you are not where you want to be is a starting point to begin changing your life. My expertise lies in recognising the inter-connectivity of all the areas in your life and helping you to make powerful changes that enable you to live a life of positivity and happiness - empowering you to become your best self.
I offer online video sessions on Google Meet or you can come and see me face to face in central Bristol. All my sessions are held 9-6, Mon-Fri. Here's a little info on the nuts and bolts:
I usually hold initial consultations on the phone, it's completely free and normally lasts around 20 minutes. It's an opportunity for us to chat through what you're wanting to achieve, talk about the potential coaching process and to discuss any questions you may have. We can then decide if it's a good fit and something you'd like to go ahead with. Book your free consultation.
Coaching sessions are 50-minutes and can be booked on a pay as you go basis (£70).
